1. Purpose of MatchHub

MatchHub is a matching and recruitment platform designed to connect Montessori schools with Montessori-aligned educators. We offer clarity tools, communication support, and curated introductions.

We do not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes.

 

2. User Responsibilities

Schools agree to:

• Provide accurate, honest information about job roles and compensation

• Engage with candidates respectfully and equitably

• Use information shared through MatchHub only for legitimate hiring purposes

• Follow all applicable employment and nondiscrimination laws

 

Educators agree to:

• Share truthful information about experience and training

• Use the platform in a professional manner

• Respect the confidentiality of school information

• Communicate with integrity and Montessori-aligned courtesy

 

3. Acceptable Use

Users may not:

• Upload harmful, misleading, or discriminatory content

• Attempt to access data that does not belong to them

• Use MatchHub for non-educational recruitment or unrelated commercial purposes

• Interfere with the platform’s operation

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate access if these terms are violated.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All MatchHub content—including language, templates, designs, and systems—is the intellectual property of Montessori Makers Group and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

 

5. Fees and Payments

If schools engage in paid services, fees will be communicated clearly within any agreement or invoice. Payments are handled securely through Wix or Montessori Makers’ invoicing systems.

No fees are charged to educators unless they choose optional coaching or portfolio services.

 

6. Disclaimer

MatchHub provides a curated matching process but does not control final hiring decisions. Montessori Makers is not responsible for employment disputes between schools and candidates.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Montessori Makers Group is not liable for:

• Hiring outcomes

• Employment decisions

• Loss of data caused by external systems (e.g., Wix outages)

Users agree to use the platform at their own discretion.

 

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate user access at any time if:

• Terms are violated

• Content is harmful

• Behavior is unprofessional

• A school or educator engages in discrimination or misconduct

 

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Pennsylvania unless otherwise required by your jurisdiction.
