Montessori Toddler Directress
Montessori 2–3 Year Old Assistant Teacher (2)
Montessori Infant (6 weeks–15 months) Assistant Teacher
Montessori Children’s Academy (MCA) is seeking four dedicated educators to join our Infant and Toddler community this school year. Due to program growth and the upcoming transition of a long-standing, beloved team member, we are excited to welcome new colleagues who are looking for more than a position — educators who are seeking a professional home where they can grow, contribute, and build lasting relationships with children, families, and fellow staff.
The roles include a Montessori Infant (6 weeks–15 months) Assistant Teacher, two Montessori 2–3 Year Old Assistant Teachers, and a Montessori Toddler Lead Directress. Each position plays an essential role in sustaining a calm, respectful, and developmentally responsive Montessori environment across our Infant and Toddler program.
Ideal candidates are patient, collaborative, and committed to Montessori practice, with a strong appreciation for teamwork, communication, and consistency. MCA is a full-day, year-round program with a deep emphasis on outdoor learning, shared responsibility, and professional growth. We are especially interested in educators who are looking to invest in a community long-term — whether by growing within their role, developing toward leadership, or helping shape the future of our program.

Located on an urban farm, Good Shepherd serves children from early childhood through junior high in a community grounded in curiosity and joy. Our unique land-based learning program and commitment to social justice make our school distinctive.
The Lower Elementary Lead Guide will join a team that values authenticity, collaboration, and a deep commitment to Montessori principles. Reporting to the Head of School, the Lead Guide will work in partnership with assistants, specialists, and families to guide each child's academic and personal growth in alignment with Montessori philosophy and Good Shepherd's mission to cultivate self-directed, life-ready learners. One-time relocation bonus of up to $10,000 available
