By using MatchHub, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

From Educators (Candidates)

We collect the following information when you create a profile or submit materials:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number (optional)

  • Resume or CV

  • Work history, training, and certifications

  • Role preferences

  • Portfolio or website links

  • Additional information you voluntarily choose to share about your teaching practice

 

We do NOT request or store:

  • Identity data (race/ethnicity, gender, pronouns)

  • Work eligibility/visa status

  • References

  • Sensitive personal information

From Schools

We collect:

  • School name + contact person

  • Email + phone

  • Role descriptions

  • Salary ranges (if provided)

  • School profile or values information

  • Notes about hiring needs or preferences

 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Facilitate Montessori-aligned matching between educators and schools

  • Curate candidate pools and make introductions

  • Communicate with you about your search or application

  • Improve the quality, clarity, and equity of the recruitment process

  • Send occasional updates, newsletters, or opportunities (via Wix email tools)

We do not sell personal data.

3. How We Store and Protect Your Data

MatchHub is hosted on Wix, which stores data on secure servers located in the United States and other regions as needed. Wix maintains industry-standard security controls and encryption.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including:

  • Limiting access to authorized Montessori Makers staff

  • Using secure, password-protected systems

  • Avoiding collection of unnecessary sensitive data

 

4. Sharing of Information

We may share data only in the following cases:

With Schools (For Candidates)

Only when you actively join the MatchHub talent pool or express interest in a position. We share your submitted profile information with schools we believe are aligned.

With Candidates (For Schools)

We share aspects of a school’s profile and job posting relevant to a potential match.

With Service Providers

Wix and associated tools used for hosting, forms, email communication, and secure storage.

We do not share or sell data to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

5. Your Rights

You may:

  • Request a copy of your data

  • Ask us to update or correct your information

  • Ask us to delete your profile and all associated data

  • Opt out of email updates at any time

Wix automatically uses functional and security-related cookies. If we enable analytics in the future, this policy will be updated.
